多分、それぞれの国の独自の文化によって違うんですよね。そして、その根本は肌の色なんだと思います。それぞれの肌の色に似合う色ってありますもんね。
できることなら、衣装には自分に似合う色を選びたいものですね。真似っ子じゃだめです。
