今を見るのか、将来を見るのか Which do you look at, either current or future ?

いろいろな生徒がいますね。
話をよく聞いて、よく見て、よく理解して、何度でもがんばる。そういう子はとってもいい生徒です。
聞いちゃいない、ボケーッと見てる、何のためにやっているのか分からない、たまに一生懸命やるけど、たまに集中していない。これは残念ながらいい生徒とは言えませんね。
でも、今できるということと、才能とは違うんです。
”だめな子がスターになった”なんていう話は、いろんな世界で聞かれますよね。
”いい子”だけ見てたら、ダイヤの原石を失ってしまうかも。

There are various girls.
Listen well, look well, understand well, and try out so many times. It's very good student.
Not listening, looking in blur, don't know what am I doing for, sometimes try hard, sometimes do it without concentrate. Unfortunately, It isn't called good student.
But, things what a child can do now and talent what a child gifted are different.
"A bad girl has became a star." It is common story in any world, right ?
