I always said, I like to see a rehearsal and practice for everyday more than a production stage. Because I'm coach. I like to see a person progress by its effort.
And
We can see girls in the back in this movie. Some girls are sitting and seeing like a guest. Some girls are stretch their body with unrelated face. Some girls are dancing along the dancers in the center.
None know why do they do so, and what will their conduct bring them. However I won't be able to stop asking them "Are you thinking what are you be here for?" Because they all are lovable and important person.

この動画で後ろの方にいる女の子たち。ある子は座ってお客さんみたいに見ています。ある子はストレッチしながら関係なさそうな顔をしています。ある子はセンターで踊る人に合わせて踊っています。
彼女たちがなんのためにそうしていて、その行動が彼女たちに何をもたらすかは誰にも分かりません。ただ、そうであっても私は「なんのためにそこにいるのか考えてるかい？」と言わずにいられないでしょう。だって、みんな愛すべき大切な人なのだから。
