リズム感って何？ What is sense of rhythm ?

Some Japanese say always "You have sense of rhythm" "She is good at rhythm feeling".
But I doubt the word "Sense of rhythm" "Rhythm feeling" when I saw a movie of Jazz band's Live play, or I saw a Tap dance.
What is a sense of rhythm ?
Is it meaning "playing like a clock or like a metronome" ?  Then, Does my wrist watch has sense of rhythm ?  Wrong ?  Then, What is sense of rhythm ? Please try to teach me specifically.
By the way, I understand "Groove".

日本人はよく「リズム感がある」だの「リズム感がいい」などと言います。
でも、私はジャズバンドのライブ映像とかタップダンスを観ると、いつもその「リズム感」という言葉に疑問を感じます。
「リズム感」って何？
時計やメトロノームのように演奏したり踊ったりできること？　じゃあ、私の腕時計はリズム感があるといえるの？　違う？　じゃあ何？「リズム感」って。だれか具体的に教えてみて。
ちなみに、「グルーヴ」は分かっています。
