多様で無限のもの The thing that is variety and infinity.

She is great !  What is great ? Her great point is that she always can do her best.
Doing one's best → Good result → Being praised → Be happy → Be motivated → Doing one's best →・・・
I think she is in very good cycle as above.
Yes, the start is important. Let child do something hard as much as possible, and praising good result. Then the good cycle will start.
Of course, don't give up if you miss at start. Children's possibility is variety and infinity.

彼女はすごい。何がすごいって、いつでも一生懸命なのがすごいです。
精一杯やる → 良い結果 → 褒められる → 嬉しい → やる気が湧く → 一生懸命やる →・・・
彼女は上記のような好循環にはまっているんですね。
そうです、最初が肝心なんです。子供に何かをできる限り一生懸命やらせましょう。そして良い結果を褒めてあげましょう。そうすれば好循環が始まります。
もちろん、最初に失敗したとしても諦めてはいけません。子供達の可能性は多様だし無限ですからね。
