ローザンヌ国際バレエコンクール２０２２が終了しました。

一般的に日本では最も有名な若手の登竜門ですね。

こういう明確な目標となるものがあり、このように広く映像が公開されているのは大変いいことだと思います。たとえその場に立つことができなかったとしても、目指すものを見ることによって自分がどのレベルにいるのか、何が足りなくて何が強みなのかが分かることは、伸び盛りの若い人にとっては非常に重要なことだからです。

自信をなくしてしまうかもしれない？

そうかもしれません。でも、本気で上を目指す人にとっては、根拠のない自信より、明確な課題を得ることの方が大切ですよね。

This is most famous gateway to success in Japan in general.

There is a clear goal like this, and its process is published widespread. That is good for young people even if they can't be in the competition. Because they can understand themselves by seeing aims. What level am I? What is my shortage?  What is my strong point? It's very important for growing young people.

Maybe they lose self-confidence ?

May be so.

But a clear challenges is more important than unfounded confidence for people who aim top.
