映画を観てもらえば分かりますが、”ダンス”というものが現在ほど多様ではなく、しかもきっかり縦割りに分類されていて、そのジャンルの壁を超えて融合するなどナンセンスと言われていた時代。その価値観の壁を破ったり、HipHopという新たなジャンルを取り入れたりということで、私達にとってはとてもかっこよかったんです。
そう、初めて見た時はすごいなぁと思ったものですが、今見ると普通ですね。
今、YouTubeを見れば、ものすごく多様なダンスを見ることができます。それだけに、ちょっとやそっとでは”個性”が出せない時代です。新しいと思っても、すでに世界の何処かの誰かがやっていたりします。
ま、２番煎じだって、それを極めればいいんですよ。そこからオリジナリティーが生まれるでしょう。

She broke the wall of values and took in a new genre "Hip Hop". So we have thought she is so cool.
Yes, we thought it's very awesome that time. But it's usual now.
Now, we can see extremely various choreographs on YouTube and other. That's why, we can't express an originality by just a little bit effort. I think it's new but someone in anywhere of world already done.
Anyway, even if second brew, it's good if you muster it extremely. An originality will born from that.
