個性はどこから生まれるのか Where does individuality come from ?

茶道、剣道、書道など日本の数々の”道”には、「守破離」という教えがあります。

すなわち、

「守」は、師や流派の教え、型、技を忠実に守り、確実に身につける段階。 「破」は、他の師や流派の教えについても考え、良いものを取り入れ、心技を発展させる段階。 「離」は、一つの流派から離れ、独自の新しいものを生み出し確立させる段階。（google検索より）

このバレリーナたちは、どの段階なのでしょうね。「破」が完成に近づいているところでしょうか。あるいは、すでに独自の世界を作っているかもしれません。皆さん、個性が際立っています。

こうやって見比べると、若い人たちは自分の進むべき道の参考になることでしょう。

Well, Which step are ballerinas in this movie standing on?  They are standing on nearing completion of "Ha", aren't they?  Or they might create a new original world already. All their personality are stand out.
